Warranty Coverage:

Lūceō Jewelry guarantees that the jewelry purchased from us is non-tarnish for a period of 180 days from the date of purchase.

Warranty Claims:

If you experience tarnishing of the jewelry covered by this warranty within the 180-day period, please contact our customer service department at info@luceojewelry.com. You may be required to provide proof of purchase and a picture of the jewelry.

Warranty Conditions:

If tarnishing occurs within the warranty period, Lūceō Jewelry will replace the jewelry with a new, non-tarnishing product of the same or similar design, free of charge or a store credit.

Exclusions. This warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper care.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by exposure to harsh chemicals, moisture, or extreme environmental conditions.

Limitation of Liability:

The maximum liability of Lūceō Jewelry under this warranty is limited to the replacement of the tarnished jewelry. In no event shall Lūceō Jewelry be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
